Robert was born in St. Marys, Ohio in 1956. However, his parents were from Kentucky. They have generations of Kentucky history dating back to the 1820's.
He graduated from Twin Valley North High School in Lewisburg, Ohio in 1974, and graduated from Ohio University in 1978.
He moved to Lexington in 1983 to attend graduate school at the University of Kentucky where he fell in love and married Kay Lee Kinker at St. Andrews Orthodox Church, where they still attend. They have been blessed with two children, Miranda and John. Robert has been a law librarian at Eastern Kentucky University since 2001. Kay has been an Registered Nurse at Central Baptist Hospital for 26 years.
Robert now believes that this is the time for him to step up and assist the wonderful state that has blessed him so much. He would appeciate a chance. Please vote for Robert as Kentucky Legislator.
